Warranty Period:
Our mattresses come with a 3-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Coverage:
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material failures, including:

  • Sagging or indentations greater than 1.5 inches, provided the mattress has been continuously supported by an appropriate foundation or bed frame.
  • Faulty craftsmanship or materials.
  • Defective springs or foam components.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Changes in comfort preference.
  • Physical damage, including cuts, burns, stains, or liquid damage.
  • Mattresses used without a proper foundation or bed frame.
Bed Frame Warranty

Warranty Period:
Our bed frames come with a 3-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Structural failures.
  • Loose or broken components.
  • Defective welds or joints.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper assembly.
  • Cosmetic issues, such as scratches or discoloration.
  • Damage caused by using an inappropriate mattress size or type.

Warranty Claims

How to Make a Warranty Claim
  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at livingcomfortbedz2@gmail.com or call us at 01924 806424 to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide your order number, details of the product, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Documentation:
    We may request photos or videos of the defect, as well as proof of purchase. Please have these ready to expedite the process.
  3. Inspection and Evaluation:
    Our team will review your claim and may arrange for an inspection of the product. If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product.
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.
  • Provide a prorated refund based on the remaining warranty period.

Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.
  • Any modifications or alterations to the product void the warranty.
