Do you accept returns?


Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an unused item in its original packaging.

Is there a fee to return or exchange an item?

If you change your mind, a collection fee applies. For faulty or incorrect items, returns are free.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Do I need to keep the packaging?

Yes. To process a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

What if my item is damaged on delivery?

Please notify us immediately, ideally with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Are there any items I can’t return?

Yes. Custom-made items, personalised products, and mattresses once removed from packaging cannot be returned.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

Yes. Orders cancelled within 24 hours are refunded in full. Later cancellations may incur an administration fee.

Not ready to receive your order yet? We can hold your order until you’re ready and arrange delivery later. Please note we cannot guarantee a specific date for rescheduling. This service is free.

3. Fast Delivery (2–3 Working Days)
Need your order quickly? Choose our fast-track delivery option for just £59.99.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free standard delivery (3–7 working days) on all orders. If you’d like your order sooner, you can upgrade to fast delivery (2–3 working days) for £59.99. We also provide a delay delivery service free of charge, where we hold your order until you’re ready.

Yes. Contact our team at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Can you deliver to my room of choice?

Yes, we can deliver your order to your room of choice when you select our professional assembly service (starting from £29.99). This ensures safe placement and set-up exactly where you want it. Standard delivery includes doorstep delivery only.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

A re-delivery fee of £60 may apply if no one is available to receive your order.

Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

Yes. Someone must be present to sign and check the delivery.

What if my item doesn’t fit through the door or stairs?

Please measure carefully before ordering. If access is restricted, we may be unable to deliver.

Do you remove old beds or mattresses?

Yes. We offer a recycling service starting from £29.99.

Can I tell you about delivery restrictions in advance?

Yes. Please inform us of access issues when placing your order so we can plan accordingly.

Can I rearrange my delivery after a missed delivery?

Yes. We’ll reschedule, but a re-delivery fee may apply.
