
Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for checking all product dimensions and ensuring suitable access (including doorways and stairways) before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised items
- Mattresses that have been unsealed or removed from their packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
- Orders not yet delivered: Refunded within 14 days of cancellation, excluding a 50% administration fee if not cancelled within 24 hours.
- Orders already delivered and returned due to change of mind: Refunded within 14 working days after return. A 50% fee will apply, covering collection and delivery costs.
- Orders returned due to access issues (including insufficient space in stairways, doorways, or restricted access): A 50% deduction will apply to cover delivery, return, and handling costs. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access prior to delivery.
- Faulty or incorrect items: No return fee applies. If you opt for a refund instead of exchange, standard charges may apply.
- Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.

Refund Process
- Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed immediately, though the time taken to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer.
