Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging
- Clearance items or items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at livingcomfortbedz2@gmail.com or call us at 01924 806424 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely in the original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Send your return to the address provided in the return authorization instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
We Will Process Your Refund Immediately As Soon As We Receive Your Item Back With Us. Orders That Have Not Been Delivered Will Be Refunded Within 14 Days Of Notification. We Wil Refund The Purchase Price, Excluding Our Administration Fee Of 50% Per Order If The Order Is Not Cancelled Within 24 Hours.
Orders That Have Been Delivered And Returned Due To A Change Of Mind Will Be Refunded Within 14 Working Days After We Receive Your Return. We Will Refund 50% Of Your Purchase Price Which Will Include Our Collection And Delivery Cost.
You Will Not Be Charged For The Delivery Of Any Parts If The Product We Delivered Is Faulty Or Incorrect. However, If You Choose Not To Exchange And Instead Opt For A Return, The Product Will Be Deemed To Have Been Delivered And Returned And Standard Charges Will Apply.
For Security Reasons, You Will Be Refunded On The Card Or Payment Method That You Used To Place Your Order.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refund Approval
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The credit will be applied to your account within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at livingcomfortbedz2@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at livingcomfortbedz2@gmail.com or 01924 806424 with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
