At Living Comfort Bedz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our returns and refunds policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Mattresses that have been unsealed or removed from their packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us

    Email livingcomfortbedz2@gmail.com or call 01924 806424 with your order number and product details.

  • Receive Return Authorization

    Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

  • Send Your Item Back

    Securely pack the item with all parts, accessories, and paperwork, then return it to the address provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable courier or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

  • Orders not yet delivered: Refunded within 14 days of cancellation, excluding a 50% administration fee if not cancelled within 24 hours.
  • Orders already delivered and returned due to change of mind: Refunded within 14 working days after return. A 50% fee will apply, covering collection and delivery costs.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: No return fee applies. If you opt for a refund instead of exchange, standard charges may apply.
  • Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.

Refund Process

  • Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately, though the time taken to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer.
  • Partial Refunds

    In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

    • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Exchanges

    If you’d like to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us. Exchanges depend on availability.

  • Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email livingcomfortbedz2@gmail.com or call 01924 806424 with your order number, photos, and details. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund.
