Free Delivery on All Orders
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders, ensuring that your new bed reaches you without any additional cost. Our delivery service is available across mainland UK.
Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the product and your location. Typically, you can expect your delivery within:
- Standard Beds and Mattresses: 7-10 business days
- Custom or Special Orders: 10-14 business days
Please note that these timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of your order status and provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Missed Delivery
If you miss your scheduled delivery, our delivery team will attempt to contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that a re-delivery fee of £60 will apply if a delivery is missed. To avoid this, ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date.
Delivery Process
- Share information about your store with your customers. DescribeOrder Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
- Dispatch Notification: When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking number.
- Delivery Day: On the day of delivery, our delivery team will contact you to confirm the delivery window. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. a product, share announcements, or welcome customers to your store.
Delivery Restrictions
Our free delivery service covers mainland UK. For deliveries to remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other offshore locations, additional charges and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, please inspect your order to ensure it is complete and in good condition. If there are any issues with your delivery, please report them to the delivery team immediately and contact our customer service team.
